How can you save you money by saving your time first?

This is what my friend Rafael wrote about in this excellent article in his blog that talk about Generalities, save money, cars an biographies. This idea did make a lot of logic to me. It is interesting how he says that in some activities we can cut the time we spent and use this time for others endeavours that will make us more happy and save our money.
